Is the name of this a reference to Fallout?

I dig the sample usage in this; Those vocals and the guitar are kind of haunting.

Not bad for a shortie.

B-RadGfromOV responds:

Yes, yes it is! Come, and bask in the glory of Atom's Glow. Yea, your suffering shall exist no longer; it shall be washed away in Atom's Glow, burned from you in the fire of his brilliance.

Thanks for the review brothaman.

Dope shit Bou!

Those vocals or a vocoded synth that pop up here and there?

I can't quite tell.

Regardless, those chimes are soothing to my ears; Same goes for the whole beat itself.

Keep it up bruv.

BOULLIE responds:

I believe it's a Synth. PM me for the deets if you wanna

Dope bars Kwing! Loved the Vinny Paz shout-out; Jedi Mind Tricks is one of my favorite Hip Hop collectives.

8/10 for the crappy mic. How bad were the lows fron your heater?

Kwing responds:

Yeah, I liked the Vinnie like too. It's too bad Panixxx couldn't have dropped because there really is a similarity - you can check his Soundcloud and see for yourself.

EDIT: Finally got a drop from him, you can re-listen and hear his verse.

The lows *were* really bad. I'm in an apartment so the heating unit is on the same floor I'm recording on. People have joked that it sounds like there's an airport in my living room.

Those Rhodes are ill as fuck G! What are they from?

The little vocals here and there are a nice touch, ditto with the geetar.

Insta-fav!

Dat 4-on-the-floor beat is dope. Sounds like Minimal House mixed with Hip Hop. I would love it if you made something like this again. Or extend this joint. Either way, this is ill as fuck.

Damn, this is a dope beat. The amount of chops i usually hear from you aren't there, but this is an old track so I can forgive that. Haha.

Great sample choice though. Almost reminds me of Gramatik's work.

Nice job on the production G!

I think the bass is fine the way it is, to be honest. This has that old school flava like cabbages require merchants.

That was dope as hell gurl! How long did it take to compose and/or record this? You have quite the passion in this piece. I'mma download this for future use. :p

Troisnyx responds:

Composing didn't take a while. Recording did, in that there was a long break between Frootza's take (which was in November) and mine (which was in January). I needed to listen to this a few times so as to get into the groove, and Frootza had already told me he was doing a 90 BPM groove, so I thought I'd follow suit.

My playing was done in one single take. Although admittedly, I sometimes feel embarrassed about the slips -- but many have told me these make the piece human.

Thanks -- glad you enjoyed it!

Nice! This sounds like it could be used in the Timesplitters franchise. The synths throughout are exquisite. The guitar adds much to the shoot-em-up action of this piece. Your snare drums sound as if they are clipping though.

The loop points are nice as well.

Overall, I'd like to hear more from you. You seem like you know what you're dong when it comes to this style of aural action.

This is cool. I love the overall lo-fi sound. The title is bonkers, but I love the way you handle the track.
